If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your BandMate USA™ purchase within the first 30 days of purchase, the product can be returned to us for a replacement or credit (minus return shipping charges). This does not apply to customer designed custom cases where special colors or design were chosen .

Limited Lifetime Warranty
All of our products carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty. BandMate USA™ products are built to last and are guaranteed against manufacturer defects by warranty to the original purchaser. If you should experience any defects, please call or email us. Please be advised that wood, vinyl and metal products may change slightly in color with age. Wood, Vinyl, Acrylic and Adhesives may experience changes in stability as well, due to climatic changes over a long period of time. Proper care should be excercised in order to keep your product in good working condition. This warranty is your assurance of a lifetime of dependable products and service.
BandMate USA™ will not cover any damage or defect caused by misuse, abuse, or mistreatment of our products. Subtle misalignments with doors and hinges may occur during shipping. This can be caused by either improper handling or climactic changes.
Shipping Damage
BandMate USA™ is not liable for any damages incurred by the carrier during shipment. If your Display Case arrives and the package shows signs of possible damage, have the driver make a note of this. After you open the package, check for physical damage to the item, and if damage is found, call the carrier. It will also help you to take your own photos before they arrive. Please do not call us for in transit damage issues, we shipped the item in new condition. Be sure to keep ALL of the packaging materials, this is very important! Once you have notified the carrier, they will send an inspector out to view the damage and the packaging. We will assist you in resolving any damage claim issues by the freight carrier. Our products are properly packaged and labeled for transit, in order to minimize damage claims.
Custom Manufactured Displays
All products manufactured to customer specifications are non returnable, unless there are unacceptable defects in the workmanship.
Prize Promotions
Any of our products offered as part of a promotional campaign, including but not limited to: contests, charity events or paid promotions may not be returned or redeemed for the cash value of the product. We will not exchange the item for different products or colors. BandMate USA™ product offerings are solely intended to promote our products to the public. BandMate USA™ reserves the right to end any and all promotional campaigns at any time.
Payment Policy
Custom ordered products must be paid for in full prior to placement on our waiting list and/or going into production. While we take verbal commitments seriously, we can no longer pre-order any specialty items for verbal or written custom orders until the order is pre-paid in full.
