As a Woodworker, Furniture Maker and Inventor, Jeff founded BandMate USA in 2002. He found there was a need for a business that offered products oriented towards displaying guitars, and other accessories, and also had several ideas of his own that he wanted to develop. Most of the large guitar manufacturers have been building Collectibles, and Signature Series Guitars, as a tribute to some of music's finest musicians, as well as Vintage Replicas. Being an avid musician and collector himself, Jeff set out to create a design modeled after his personal Marshall and Fender Amplifiers, rather than a standard carrying case or cabinet style display case. Through several months of building many prototypes, he settled on the design we now offer. It has been refined over the last few years in many aspects, but still the same look and feel as the originals. Since then, he has spent his time inventing and marketing various other products, including the extremely popular Guitar Sling™ Guitar Display Hanger, a very stong and versatile wall mount display assembly, and the new String Demon™Guitar Hanger. He says The String Demon™ is a remarkable display unit, and provides the options that many musicians and collectors will be proud to own. He currently owns four US Utility Patents on his products, and can usually be found working on another new product design. Jeff is a U.S. Navy Veteran of 6 years. He received an Expeditionary Medal for the Iranian Hostage Contingency Crisis, a Sea Service Ribbon with 3 Stars, and a Good Conduct Medal. He has also received numerous Letters of Commendation during his military service. His hobbies include Playing Music, Guitars, Amps, Harleys, Corvettes, Woodworking, Web Design, Metal Detecting and creating new innovations.
